🔄 JAPAQ – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your JAPAQ t-shirts. If not, here’s how returns work:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Sale/clearance items and custom orders are non-returnable.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at support@japaq.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Ship the item to our return address using a reliable courier.

  3. Once received & inspected, we process your refund/exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via PayU to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour, if they haven’t shipped.
